For the first time Stalcom Automotive Technologies offers a fully tested and verified, low-cost alternative route to small series production. The inherent flexibility of our scalable EV platform using FVA means that the structure can be optimized for wide variety of applications. This breakthrough is brought about by utilising the Flex-Tech® Extrusion System to provide a fundamental spaceframe and complementing that with aluminium or composite panels in a complete structure. Potential applications range from traditional Passenger car to Light Commercial, Defence and Off-Highway vehicles, while the same technology can be adapted for non-automotive applications, e.g. Construction, Rail, Aerospace.

With minimal set up investment, with no expensive tooling, just jigs and fixtures, our technologies unleash the potential for low volume and niche programs.  The technology also enables minimal penalties in terms of unit cost (BOM) and weight compared to unique tooled up structures.
